The CHWiin office works with CHW employees, physicians, and other innovators as well as commercial and academic biomedical industry partners, not-for-profit foundations, venture capitalists, and entrepreneurial investors to:

- Encourage, recognize and protect inventions;
- Commercialize novel inventions and technologies; and
- Promote collaborations that can lead to industry sponsored research in our institutions.
